Precision Plasma Nitriding for Ferrous Materials

JGS provides controlled plasma ion nitriding and related surface treatments for a wide range of iron-based materials. Process parameters can be developed around the material, component geometry, dimensional requirements, and performance goals of each application.

Plasma ion nitriding is primarily used with ferrous materials. Final treatment requirements depend on the specific alloy, heat treatment condition, component design, and desired performance.
