Precision Surface Treatment from Northeast Wisconsin
Founded in 2013, JGS Nitriding provides precision plasma ion nitriding and related steel surface treatments from our facility in Marinette, Wisconsin. We work with manufacturers to improve surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue performance, and corrosion protection for demanding components and tooling.
OUR APPROACH

JGS was established with a focus on providing economical, high-quality case hardening and corrosion protection for steel components. Today, that same application-driven approach continues to guide how we work with our customers.
Every part brings its own combination of material, geometry, existing heat treatment, tolerances, operating conditions, and performance requirements. Rather than treating those factors as an afterthought, JGS uses them to help determine the appropriate process and treatment parameters.
